Art Healing Sessions meant to connect you to your creativity, intuition and higher consciousness.
Sessions are a conscious journey combining mindfulness exercises, art therapy, energy work and holistic guidance.
It can help to reduce anxiety and gain more clarity and awareness about your life path and situations in it.
Each session is combining meditation, creative intuitive expression and energy work. One session lasts between 75 min to 120 min, because creativity cannot be measured by time.
Please prepare a comfortable meditation space, art materials for drawing/painting and writing and light a candle.
