Mindful Empowerment and Resilience Training

Over a period of several months  the group will explore practical tools that will build strong bonds, create meaningful connections and effective collaboration, improve creative problem solving and efficiency within the team.

Each session consists of mindfulness practices and artistic exercises in order to improve:
 
  • Mental health 
  • Stress resilience 
  • Group dynamics  
  • Flexibility 
  • Creative thinking 
  • Personal interactions 
Program length (online or in Berlin):

6 months:  6 sessions, once a month
3 months:  6 sessions, twice a month

 

Duration of each session: up to 3h, upon request 

The program can be customised to your company’s unique requirements and time and could be incorporated into a day or weekend program.

Mindfulness Team Building Weekend

Deeper connections through art, yoga and mindfulness. 

Over a weekend  the group will explore practical tools that will build strong bonds, create positive meaningful connections and effective collaboration within the team. 

Example Program:

Friday evening:  Get together & mindfulness circle 

Saturday: Morning: Yoga (suitable for all levels) / meditation 

Afternoon: “Connect and Create – Mindfulness Team Building Exercise”. Exploring your personality through drawing and writing. 

Evening: Meditation, breathing exercises & sharing circle.

Sunday: Morning yoga (suitable for all levels) / meditation 

Afternoon: “Unite – Mindfulness & Holistic Painting Workshop. “

Evening: Meditation, breathing exercises & sharing circle.

Workshops can be online or in person.
